BJC AIR GRILLES MATERIALS AND FINISHES BJC AIR GRILLES are manufactured from the best available and most appropriate materials for the application. Visual surfaces are generally extruded aluminium, support components are from treated steel, and there is extensive use of sound suppressant materials where metal to metal contact is a potential noise source. Standard finishes of visual surfaces may be generally described thus:- Supply Air Diffusers, Grilles and Return Air Grilles, Toilet Exhaust and associated products – white of aluminium polyurethane paint. All products are available in other alternative finishes including powder coat painting. However we advise against powder coating for inside installation as this prodives an inferior surface finish when subject to close scrutiny.
